The machines arriving at the refurbishment center are first checked by the ELS Lift expert team and all parts are examined in detail and reported to the customer. As a result of the approval received from the customer, renewals are started.
01. CRACKING & DISASSEMBLY
All the core parts of the machine to be refurbished are disassembled and controlled. The parts that can be repaired in accordance with the standards are repaired, parts that have worn out and lost their function are determined and replaced with new ones. Finally, a detailed work plan is drawn up by checking the structural integrity of the machine.
02. PREPARATION BEFORE PAINT

Washing
After the disassembly process, where the parts in the machine are checked one by one and necessary maintenance, repair and replacement processes are carried out, the washing process is started. The machine taken to the washing section is cleaned from waste materials such as oil and concrete residues with the help of chemical cleaners and made ready for grinding.

Grinding
Grinding is applied in order to remove the corrosion damage on the metal surface of the machine and to extend the structural life by strengthening the machine skeleton.

Putty – Sandpaper
Sanding process is applied to make the primer and putty thrown before painting ready for painting and to remove the roughness on the metal parts of the machine.
03. PAINT
The machine frame, of which all preparations are completed before painting, is taken to the painting cabin and painted in its own color with a special paint that helps to prevent any damage that may occur on the metal surface, giving it a new machine look.
04. REASSEMBLY
The reassembly process follows the same program as a new machine production process, and all the processes are checked and recorded by the technicians one by one.
05.TEST & FINAL CHECK
Each machine, whose assembly is completed, is tested in accordance with zero machine standards and its conformity is checked. In addition, all security measures are tested in order. If any negativity is detected during the tests, it is sent back to the relevant department.
All machines arriving at the Refurbishment Center are inspected from the first to the last stage during the refurbishment process and are made ready for shipment with the approval of the expert.
